‘Food for Thought’ taste & talk Sept. 9

With the crisp fall weather approaching, now’s the perfect time to explore desserts with the “Food for Thought” cookbook discussion group at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9 at the main Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St. Delve into Baked and Baked Explorations, two cookbooks by Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito, owners of the popular Baked bakery in Brooklyn. Make and bring your favorite recipe from either book to share. Copies of both books are available at the main library. Bakers of all ages are welcome.
