River Forest Police Blotter for Feb. 14, 2013

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the River Forest Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
DRUGS
A 17-year old Concordia University student was arrested at 3:43 p.m. Feb. 6, at Jonathon Hall, 7400 W. Augusta St. He is accused of being found in possession of in possession of 18 small bags of cannabis weighing a total of 16.3 grams. Police say the student was also found in possession of $227, a digital scale, empty plastic baggies and several packages of rolling papers. He was charged with two felony counts of delivery and possession of a controlled substance on school grounds.
ALCOHOL
Wayne Kuhn, 23, of the 2100 block of North School Drive, Rolling Meadows, was arrested at 2:22 a.m., Feb. 9, after police responded to the west parking lot of Dominican University, 7900 Division St., on a report of a reckless driver. Officers located the vehicle after it had struck a snow bank. Kuhn allegedly reversed and almost struck the squad car behind him. He was reportedly “combative” during his arrest, and was charged with DUI, battery, and resisting a police officer.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Anthony W. Yusken, 48, of the 400 block of North Saint Louis Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at Whole Foods Market, 7245 W. Lake St. ,at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 4 and charged with criminal trespass to property after returning to the store despite a warning in December banning him from the store.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/RESISTING ARREST
Charles Davis, 19, of the 4800 block of West Cortez, Chicago, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Feb. 10, on the 500 block of River Oaks. Police say Davis was staring in the windows of a home there and standing in the front doorway. He fled when police arrived but was caught a block away. Besides disorderly conduct, he was charged with obstructing identification for allegedly attempting to disguise his identity.
