Armitage, Chicago was stopped on the 1700 block of Harlem Avenue at 3:20 a.m. Nov. 3, after police reportedly observed him weave over the double yellow line, then stop for a green light. He reportedly blew a .174 blood alcohol concentration on a breathalyzer test, more than twice the legal limit of .08. He was charged with driving under the influence in excess of .08, driving without a valid driver’s license, illegal transportation of open alcohol and improper lane use.
