River Forest police blotter for Oct. 29

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the River Forest Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
THEFT
Ricardo R. Saucedo, 18, of 135 N. 9th in Maywood was arrested at 3:43 p.m. Oct. 27 on the 7700 block of Lake Street and charged with theft, obstructing a police officer and bicycle traffic violations. He was released on a recognizance bond pending trial.
ALCOHOL
Joseph Henley, 63, of 1717 N. Lorel Ave. in Chicago was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Oct. 25 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. He was released on a cash bond pending trial.
DRUGS
A River Forest juvenile was cited at 11:03 p.m. Oct. 27 on the 800 block of Lathrop with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and traffic violations. He was ordered to appear at an adjudication hearing.
RESISTING
Gary L. Lewis, 34, of 1038 Susan Collins Lane in Oak Park was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Oct. 22 and charged with resisting a peace officer, following too closely and unlawful use of headlights. He was released on a recognizance bond pending trial.
