River Forest police blotter for Oct. 1

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the River Forest Park Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
BATTERY
Daniel R. Flannery, 19, of 120 Lathrop Ave. in River Forest, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. Sept. 24 on the 7600 block of Jackson Avenue and charged with domestic battery.
BURGLARY
Several watches were removed at 1:10 p.m. Sept. 25 from a residence on the 1200 block of William Street. Officers found a rear door open along with footprints and tool marks indicating a forced entry.
THEFT
Martin J. Wallace, 52, of 535 Lodge Lane in Lombard, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. Sept. 28 on the 500 block of Bonnie Brae and charged with misdemeanor retail theft. Wallace allegedly concealed a 12-pack of ale and left the store without paying. A Nov. 2 court date is scheduled.
An iPhone and a padlock were removed at 7:43 p.m. Sept. 26 from a locker in the athletic building at Concordia University, 7400 Augusta St. Estimated loss, $200.~.
