The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the River Forest Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ALCOHOL

Jose Leon, 57, of 1219 S. 59th Court, Cicero, was arrested at 3:17 a.m. Aug. 19 on the 500 block of Harlem Avenue and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, improper turn and driving without proof of insurance. His court date is Sept. 21.
